Make mage/warrior skills cheaper from NPC

I think this would help everyone since IP restriction account to 5.

No reason for the skills be this expensive especially for non rank 4 skills.

The thing is: it's the only reliable gold sink in the game. In order to have cheaper skills from the npc we need other systems or stores to waste gold in. If not, and if we got them cheaper, there's gonna be a mass of gold in the server overpricing everything. At least i think that way.

if the admin lower de skill prices ill have no reason to farm or sell stuff for gold. our market ill be based on item trade, like mantle armor for vest armor, or weapon for n pestles... dont be hurry n farm a lil more, sell ag... find another way, if no break the entire economy system of the game
