After yesterday's changes, some problems were found with the drop rate, and an error in fashion eggs for women. Here we go.

[Drop Rate]

- UPDATED Decreased Drop Rate for Coupons in Elite Monster (Sakura Festival)
  - 155 Weapon/Armor -40% Drop Rate
  - 165 Weapon/Armor -30% Drop Rate
  - 175 Weapon/Armor -20% Drop Rate
  - 185 Weapon/Armor -20% Drop Rate

The higher drop rate of coupons was damaging our next update, we don't like this.

O maior problema do servidor é vcs colocarem taxas absurdas e quando os cara mais forte pegar e depois voces diminuir as taxas... então coloquem em taxas menores eeee depois almentem caso fique impossivel os drop.

you guys change the ticks drop rate after ppls already get 175s weaps and lots of other ones, thats fair
