The current status
Players data information is being collected about missing items. Right now a backup every 2 hours has been applied. The access to the server is limited due the problems, the players which bought angel gold points before have access, accounts where was not purchased angel gold points have not access yet due the server overload, access will be given slowly based in some way that we have.
This is not meaning of buying ag for get access, thats a "trick" which players found, you should know about risk that can happen after.
Server will be in investigation until new announcements, this will not be from one day to another.
There no truly information about rollback yet
Update 1 07/02/2020
It seems there some errors in the game server with a bundle of instructions in the game (which are part of the caracter data), this will be repaired. We suggest to players, to do not play normally (buy angel gold/trade items/sell, etc), the current server is for testing the changes with low quantity of players first, there was some changes already, this is progressing slowly. Do not be paranoid, all items are recorded, be very careful with those who are cheating administrators, saying they lost items, when you are duplicating them.
Update 2 08/02/2020
Today was not item lost issues (only the previous ones, of the other days), admin told us by sbc was a good new now, the server has lag, its ok, the admin are aware about this, but they priority is the item lost, seems going well, we are waiting the server results for check how stable is it. If all is going well, more access will be given soon.
Update 3 09/02/2020
Seems second day without player data lost, this issue still being perfected, administrators priority is the data error first, then the rest ones like lag. The server still in beta, does not expect a perfect gameplay, this is already announcement time ago, the disconnect/server closes is for make changes to the server, in the current state is not able for play, less for free users (they spend more time than a player which buy angel gold points, and try harder) little changes aren't announced. After good results its a announcement.
Server was working fine weeks ago, purple status without lag, full of players the holy battlefield event, +2000 characters online. Its common to have errors which appear suddently, its better for now, since can expect a better gameplay later.
