Hello AOPVP Support,
I want to ask you as all of the people who are waiting for solutions and answers of all this questions and problems. If its possible tell us when we will be able to play again , when the server is going to be working correctly. Just give us a date or period  or just tell us do we need to buy ag to unlock our accounts because we are just waiting , waiting , waiting and no one give us information about all of this problems the only thing which we get as information is we are working on it . Okey but how much time more?

They are slowly but surely fixing the issue, many people have received a roll back, have had their items returned and a majority of "free" accounts have been unlocked if they've met certain requisites.

It has been mentioned previously that if you would like to unlock your account then feel free to load AG onto that particular one to unlock it, however if you don't want to do so, then you've just got to carry on waiting patiently and hope that soon enough this will all be over.

How can you say that most free accounts are unlocked, are you crazy or what's wrong with you? You can only say that certain free accounts if they meet a single condition can be recovered, but not even that! Stop reporting badly and think a little before killing my patience and that of other players probably!
