Information I have collected are:
1. Players lost their item after dc, and without dc.
2. Players in AL lost their item & main city, high level players lost their item anywhere. (High level players that are ranked on in-game ranking board).
3. At 3 Feb 2020 1pm(GMT+8), I tried to walk around in AL with 1 alt, observed players dc 1 by 1 then lost items, including this alt (with dc). The initial gold in bag was 110k+, after bug remain 137 gold.

4. Whenever Bug occured, 4 NPCs Director Wolay, Green Angel, Skill Angel, Banker, gone from AL (always)
5. WAREHOUSE is SAFE even when your Account got BUG! (always)

We can narrow the possibilities down if more player share useful information. If your experience is contradict with the points stated above, correct me.

If you could provide the exact time of item lost, we might be able to find clue.

Right after the server opened to accounts with AG in it, until now, my accounts(5) never lost item. I do run around map, except AL.

Only 1 alt, lv60+ assassin stay at AL on 3 Feb lost item. Gold lost from 110k+ to 137 gold.

I have also noticed that mostly higher ranked players lose their items.

But at the same time also low level alts lose their items if in Farm, AL.
