If you are going for 200 credits, as you think for the 200 permission, i must disappoint you, because this credit is for rank, more credits, higher rank (now you are Novice on the road) and to get read permission 200 you must be site admin.

You can spam as much you want, 200 permission can have only Admin, as I said.
