IP Restriction, multiple people in one IP

Yea this sucks, me and my brother plays the game and we can't log in any other accounts because we share the same IP. The fact that one of us is gonna have to use a VPN is unfair. There should be another way to deal with the lag other than IP restricting. Anybody else having the same problem?

If they have different PCs, I don't understand what the problem is.
