Test the announcement of server pings in various regions
Recently, some players have reported that server latency is too high and unstable
Please ask unstable players to measure the server ping value by following the steps below
1. Click Run.

2. Enter cmd to confirm.

3. Type: ping 148.163.172.124 -t and press Enter

Explanation:
1. There is a space after ping and before -T.
2. Time from PC sending data to web server to receiving server feedback data. It is usually calculated in milliseconds. The higher the ping value, the slower the operation, and the shorter the time, the higher the smoothness.
3. After the ping test, please post the screenshot to our customer service center.
4. We will adjust according to the situation

Ping from the east coast, USA.

The problem isn't that the server is laggy 24/7, but it spikes multiple times per day for long periods of time.
