What we must do is stop creating useless topics that are answered almost automatically about the real situation of the server.

I open the forum every day and see that in the customer service, you report every day about the LAG.

YES, THEY KNOW AND DO NOTHING EFFECTIVE.

In response:

'Reduce' the purchase of AG and whoever can, do not use.

Try to be less competitive, show the administration that you are not stupid to spend on a game in which we don't have the basics: POSSIBILITY TO PLAY WITH QUALITY.

We don't deserve a server that way, it's 4 months of online server, with several players injecting money, they had enough time to make it work.

The administration's communication is null, failed, almost nonexistent, we recently had the server offline 9 HOURS, without any communication, without any position.

A disagreement was made for interaction with the players, which today only serves as Market Place.

Again, dear players, give the answer that the current server situation deserves.

DO NOT INJECT YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY IN A GAME WHERE YOU CANNOT WALK OR GET ONLINE WITH QUALITY.

I agree. Please, we need admins to upgrade to a professional server. There is no possible way they are not makin' enough money to pay for a quality server. I'm tired of not being able to walk sometimes or chat messages takin' 5 million years to post in game. Don't even talk about the unnecessary disconnects. It's not professional and admins need to get serious if they want to be running an online game.

100% agreed. This is straight up disrespect they are showing us by continually lying to/ignoring us.

FIX THE LAG. We are not stupid enough to believe "you are working on it". Upgrade the damn servers.

You are more than right.

Players are tired, every day I have new friends who give up playing, because they just can't stay online, it's impossible to do achievements, quests, because hourly the server has lag.

What are we doing?

Why should we spend money on a game that doesn't work the basics?

We have been waiting for a solution for months, we were patient, we understood that it was a project, that things would get better.


Do you see the administrators talking about improving the server?

Do you see communication? What's going on? What could possibly be? Are they working daily?

Or do you see managers just answering questions almost automatically and putting up new ways to earn money?

I'm not complaining about the updates, not really, but the BASICS is not done, there is no possibility of you spending on a game where you can't play it.

The last "effective" attitude that was made towards the BIGGEST PROBLEM on the server was to limit players to 5 accounts. Yes, in quotes, because there are several players who continue to log in 20/30 accounts.
