Cant fight in TW?

i went to go help my leahue out today in tw but I don't have a pvp icon?? anyone experience this?

I tried to relog a few times but no luck even tried with other accounts and no luck

experienced it once and what I did was to restart my PC and relog. So far it worked... However I ain't entirely sure if it is the solution

Some time ago it happened to me when I was currently on the map before starting the TW, I changed the map and that's it.

im gonna try to restart my computer next tw,thanks for the tip! this was during tw towards the end lol
