CLIENT ISSUE

Hello! I am new to the server, so please excuse me if this isn't the appropriate way of communicating this. I've downloaded the client, applied the manual update but the game won't work. When clicking on Start game, the window opens but it doesn't show anything and stays empty. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could you please help or tell me who could help me? Also, how does the account activation work? Is it needed to post in Facebook in order to be able to play? I'm so excited to play this game but everything seems to be so confusing!

If the update dont work. Try unisntail and instail again. When the game start and the window don't work, just wait a bit and usually start the game. About play the game, unless you are a money player, even after fix the launcher, you will need wait a good time to play. I've waiting for 4 days and until now the admin don't activated my acount. I hope you able fix your launcher soon.

Many thanks, that is much appreciated! Unfortunately I'm still having issues with the launcher. I've uninstaled and instaled it three times and nothing seems to improve, no matter how long I wait the game just won't load... It is a shame, I was really looking forward to play this game...

maybe ur anti virus is blocking the program

Have you tried running as administrator? Right click on the icon and then click on run as administrator, see if that works. Hope it helped

If the screen keep "transparent" and you can listen the music maybe u are playing in Laptop, laptop graphic card have that kind of problem, try change bits to 24 and run again

It worked!!! I had to run it as admin and change bits from 32 to 16. Really appreciate your help guys, many thanks!
