you cant glitch spear with anything it's a two-handed weapon.
As for Axe/Sword or sword glitch requires finesse which isn't in your build description. And the other glitch you reference has been patched.
Personally I dont like your mage build. Remove axe or spear, you dont need both (Spear for more SA, Axe for more Def). Be ready to add in Curse or even avatar if your sdef is too low.
