Cheaters

So I guess cheating in this game is ok? I see people that was "banned" because of cheating are back in the game. Others are crying saying that they didn't even know they were cheating... excuse me but if you see an item that is not yet release in game and you take it from other person...that is cheating.... Don't say you didn't know about it.. of course you knew ... and now you are playing the victim game?  OH i see someone giving drugs away.. should I try them??? ..........seriously... So this game can have cheaters but the people that waste a lot of money like me cant even play in more than 2 accounts.. who do I need to talk  to have things done? because I guess this people have some badass contacts or they know how to speak broken English to brainwash the Admins...  I seen people getting ban in forums for only talking .. not cheating in game.. just by talking.. but HEY is ok to let this people cheat in game.. not just with the vouchers or the trinket but even in wars they cheat and now they will be back.. ... something needs to be done.
