Best PvP/PvE builds?

It's been 10 years since I've played AO. Therefore my question:

What are the best PvP/PvE builds around at the moment?

Really depends on what your priority is. It's pretty much accepted that for PvP wise anything mage is regarded as a bad idea. Everyone is built with vestment right now to counter mages. Axe is pretty hot right now, sword is basically accepted as the instant deleter for 1v1 situations.

For pve on the other hand, wraith is basically a must. Demonic Counter is too strong, and forbidden curse too useful for Skilling or recovering mp if you're training as a mage. Once again axe is pretty hot for pve, probably the strongest melee training class. Sword is probably second. Spear and bow filling the same roll training using rapid fire or rapid strike. And assassin is well.... Yeah.

For some full builds I can share what I've used and I know some of the other top players use.

Melee focus:
Wraith/Axe/Spear/Reserve/Assault/Vestment
Wraith/Axe/Shield/Reserve/Assault/Vestment
Wraith/Sword/Axe/Reserve/Assault/Vestment
Wraith/Sword/Spear/Reserve/Assault/Vestment

Mage Focus:
Wraith/Chaos/Axe/Spear/Assault/Vestment
Wraith/Earth/Axe/Spear/Assault/Vestment
