Patch Notes: Update 10:
1)Fixed Rahaiga in OT giving 21m exp on kill, now gives 100k exp
2)Wolves and Rabbits Rahaiga spawns will now give 50 exp instead of 1
3)OT Floor 2 will now give 600 exp instead of 200 exp
4)Territory I monsters now give x2 exp, join a league and rush to level 60
5)Territory I boss now gives 1m EXP on kill, old 150k
6)Territory II boss now gives 3m EXP on kill, old 1.9m
7)Territory II monsters now give good EXP 1k-1.5k per mob, old 500-1k
8)1.5X ExpStone (3 hours) is now for level 70 and below
9)Changed League War registration time to begin 1 hour before the battle
10)NEW EVENT: Romeo's Valentine Gift

Event Intro:
To celebrate the coming of valentine's day Romeo has appeared in Angel Lyceum holding a lottery event filled with amazing prizes!   

Details:
1. During the event period, the NPC－[Romeo] will be added to the Angel Lyceum in [Server 1] to provide details about the event and lottery.

2. Players can purchase [Red Rose (Cost: 49 Angel Gold)] at the Item Mall to take part in the lottery hosted by the Romeo.

3. Romeo has prepared a ton of exotic items for the lottery. The more the participants, the higher the chance of winning something rare!

4. Get [White Rose] by clearing a full instance. Collect them to exchange for the [Red Rose Lucky Bag] and other items with the Romeo.

5. [Romeo's Silver Ticket] obtained during the event can be used to exchange for event rewards with the NPC - [Romeo]. The more you get, the better the rewards!

Soul Entangle - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime
Exhaustion Curse - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime, reduced duration 20s => 10s, debuff value 10/12/14/16/20
Weary Curse - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime, reduced duration 20s => 10s, debuff value 10/12/14/16/20
Chaotic Melody - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime, reduced duration 20s => 10s, debuff value 10/12/14/16/20
Blind Curse - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime
Slow Curse - all ranks will be put on cooldown after skill usage, added 0.2s casttime

Earth:
Bear Soul - reduced stun duration 2s => 1s

Shadowblade:
Smoke Bomb - cooldown 10s => 2s / now stacks will all other skills
Stab - range 1 => 3
Skilled Stab - range 1 => 3
Killing Stab - range 1 => 3

Sword:
Slicing Hit - range 1 => 3
Advance Chop - range 1 => 3

Axe:
Basic Beating - range 1 => 3
Advanced Beat - range 1 => 3

Spear:
Spear Hacking - is now a target AOE, instead of ground AOE, 12 range, 5 aoe
Heavy Attack - reworked into a buff that repulses targets / pushback 2 / debuff melee/spell dmg 5/6/7/8/10

Bow:
All Singles now have cast of 0.1s instead of 0.3s or 0.5s
Quadruple Shoot - now hits 3 times / costs MP / on-hit reduces the target's defense for 2 seconds, 10/12/14/16/20 %
Advanced Shot - renamed to Pin Down / increased cooldown to 5 seconds / doesn't stack with FS5/PK5 / now pushes back the target and roots it for 2 seconds
Demon Sealed - cast instant => 0.3s

Snipe:
NEW Mark of Winter - added to Scroll Seller / buff that grants the attacker a 20% chance to reduce the targets attack speed and movement speed for 5 seconds
NEW Camouflage - added to Scroll Seller / makes the caster invisible for 20 seconds / cooldown 30 seconds / removes the effect if you get hit or move
NEW Apollo's Judgement - added to Scroll Seller / stacks with everything / 18 range / 3 aoe splash on hit / +20 critical on spell / 1500/2000/2500/3000/3500 stance power

Eagle Eye:
NEW Condemn - added to Scroll Seller / adds flat attack / has a chance to stun the enemy for 1 second
NEW Hollow Point - added to Scroll Seller / adds bonus damage to bow normal attacks

Common:
Rushing - increased cooldown by 1 second on all ranks
Action Sealed - cast instant => 0.8s
Silence - cast instant => 0.3s

13)Olympic Heart - can now be stored in bank
14)Terra Clerk - added Prod Atlar plans lvl 40/50/60 (Only level 60 onces have edited stats for now)
