Patch Notes: Update 16:
"After looking at the event times and how they will changed, we have decided its best to move them 1 hour back, so they will not conflict with other regions of the game.We are also adding Spell Rank V bags you can purchase to obtain old and new spells."

1)Item Mall:
*Added Spell V Lucky Bags in tab On Sale
*Changed Ride Fashion in tab Robot

2)Items:
*Soggy Rope and Scrap Parts are now tradeable

3)Event Times:
*All Event Times have been moved 1 hour back

4)Spell Changes:
*Transfer Bargain - will now reduce 20% HP instead of 30%
*Doomsday Bomb - removed explosion timer effect as it was confusing people
*Spliting Attack - is now 1 SP cost and 1 second cooldown
*Ax Trap - is now 1 SP cost and 1 second cooldown
*Spears Trap - is now 1 SP cost and 1 second cooldown
*Close Snipe - is now 1 SP cost and 1 second cooldown / increased stance power by 1000 on all ranks
*Arrow Storm/Scorpion Snipe/Bomb Snipe/Close Snipe - will no longer stack
*Icy Storm - increased Spell Power

5)Olympus Tower:
*Floor 1 - will now drop 2 Lucky Gold and Unlucky Coal instead of 1
*Floor 2 - will now drop 2 Lucky Gold and Unlucky Coal instead of 1 and 3 Certs instead of 1
*Boss Rahaiga - now has a chance to drop 10 Floor 3 Certs, 1 Gear Fusion Gem or 10 Fusion Lucky Material

6)Horrible Lost Region:
*Increased drop amount of Undying Energy by 3 times

7)Assassin Skills:
*Sneak - dropable in Lost Region and Horrible Lost Region from the last boss Hicalu 1
*Disabling Ambush - dropable in Evil Ship from boss Mamen
*Savage Blades - dropable in Evil Ship from boss Sallen
*Killing Stab - dropable from Rage Denio
*Skilled Stab - dropable from Jail Warden
*Dark Dagger - dropable from Miner Foreman
*Assassination - dropable from Rat Mosi
*Stunning Dagger - dropable from Cuss Fire Lord
*Poisoned Dagger - dropable from Fetor Fly
