Patch Notes: Update 17:
"After getting feedback about the new pvp balance in the game, we are making a few tweaks to make spells feel better to use and give good value to higher rank spells.We are also improving the playstyle of the Assassin class.Flora Card quest fixes and many New Player Improvements to help the new members have a straight forward progression path that is easy to follow."

1)Items:
*20,000 Skill Bonus Voucher - will no longer have weight
*80 CaratExp Diamond - are gonna store 8m EXP again
*Atlantis: Common V Bag - split V drops between Spell and Melee, Added Action Sealed V
*Winter Bear - mount is now for lvl 45
*Added 98 Backpack and 98 Shield Prod Skills in Palm Base

2)Olympus Tower:
*Rahaiga - fixed not getting loot on kill

3)Spell Changes:
*Azrael Summon - defense stats have been increased
*Binding - cooldown 5 seconds on all ranks
*Earth Blessing - casting will put all ranks on cooldown, new duration 2 minutes
*Energy Source - casting will put all ranks on cooldown, cooldown 50 seconds, duration 30 seconds
*Earth Bestow - casting will put all ranks on cooldown, new duration 2 minutes
*Action Sealed/Silence/Demon Sealed - cooldown 4s/3.5s/3s/2.5s/2s, duration 2/3/3/4/5s
*Injury Cure - heal interval per 3s
*Defense Wall - cooldown 50 seconds on all ranks, lowered movement speed debuff
*Speedup Attack - cooldown 50 seconds on all ranks, removed debuff
*Spears Trap - aoe range lowered to 5
*Exorshield - cooldown 50/47/44/41/35s, duration 3s on all ranks
*Barrier of Justice - cooldown 50/47/44/41/35s, duration 3s on all ranks
*Bolt Discharge - range for jumps 6 on all ranks, spell power 60/80/100/120/150
*Doomsday Bomb - First hit will now be an AOE, removed the Explosion Effect, increased the slow to -50%, now has the same Spell Power as Cross Trial
*Cross Trial - Reduced Spell Power
*Heavy Armor - NEW EFFECT 20% MAX HP / 10 Soul / 10 Stamina
*Medium Armor - NEW EFFECT 10 Critical / 10% Attack Speed / 10% Movement Speed / 20% Physical Damage
*Light Armor - NEW EFFECT 20% MAX MP / 10% Physical Defense
*Disabling Ambush - stun is now 2 seconds, cooldown 4 seconds
*Power Shield - cooldown and duration increased to 30 seconds
*Powerful Beat - increased Stance Power by 500 on all ranks
*Ax Trap - increased Stance Power by 500 on all ranks
*Sneak - range 4, stance power 200/400/600/800/1000, cooldown 3 seconds, will now work as Stealth and not Sneak
*Savage Blades - SP cost 1, 3 seconds cooldown, you will enter Stealth on a successful hit
*Assassination =>ALL<= - will no longer require Sneak to cast, will no longer be affected by mantle/grapple/ghostly tactics etc.
*Scorpion Snipe - changed the spell stacking to be same as Dream Slaughter
*Apollo's Judgement - cooldown reduced 7 => 5 seconds
*Deadly Combo - increased stance power
*Thunder Burst - cooldown 1 second

4)Achievements:
*Fixed "Its all mine" achievement not working, players now need to turn in 10 treasures to NPC Treasure Hunter to complete the achievement.
*Monster KO lvl 7 - changed Sleeper Nalica to Evil Eye

5)Monsters:
*Qiuaner - reduced Boss stats so its easier to kill for new players
*Bloody Hook - increased mount droprate and reduced boss stats
*Soul Puller - increased mount droprate and reduced boss stats
*Violent Cat - increased mount droprate and reduced boss stats
*Evil Chieftain - increased mount droprate and reduced boss stats
*Bosses in Gulp Room - increased energy crystal drop amount and reduced boss stats

6)Quests:
*Flora Quest - a NEW NPC named Lora will now appear next to Flora, this NPC can help you complete the Flora Quest.

7)Catch Up Angel:
*New NPC has appeared in Angel Lyceum near Repair Angel
*The NPC offers helpful exchanges for new players trying to progress

8)Deity Palace Ruins:
*Monsters will now drop Silver Monster Badge if the player is in a 10 level range from the Monster (Hint lvl 40-65 players)

9)Monster Hunter:
*A new NPC has appeared in the Angel Lyceum near Michael, what in heavens could be happening

10)Isis:
*New NPC has appeared near Michael in the Angel Lyceum, players level 60 and below can use 1 Corrupted Skill Crystal to change their skill.
*You can purchase Corrupted Skill Crystal from NPC Catch Up Angel.

11)Smith Zoro:
*Reduced normal material to rare material exchange price

12)Totem Battle:
*Saturday Totem Battle has been moved +3 hours

13)House Ball:
*Fixed players not getting exp from lvl 90 to 94
