Try uninstalling than delete all the aopvp folder than install again worked for me

abra o instalador do AOPVP_CLIENT > depois PROCURE pelo arquivo "ANGEL.DAT" COPIE OS DOIS PARA A PASTA DO JOGO

e tenta abrir :sempre olhe na pasta do jogo se o angel.dat sumir e seu anti virus
ai vc tem que da um jeito nele kk
