They should just make email registration, to where they send a mail to the email adress and after you validated the mail you are able to play the game. Or phone number registration. People don't have 10 phone numbers.

Edit: With phone registration they can make it possible that you have 1 main acc and 4 sub accounts for example. So 4 alts that are connected to 1 main account in the registration page. They will need to change a lot but its the same as ALO basically.
