NPCs & Scrolls

Hello guys, so I've been playing for almost a week and I LOVE the server. I have a couple of doubts that I thought I'd resolve as I kept on playing but still haven't figured out. There's a couple of NPCs in Angel Lyceum that will exchange weapons, armours, skills & fashion for scrolls. But how do you get these scrolls? I thought they'd be in the Item Mall cause these things were usually pay-to-get back in AO, but to my surprise I couldn't find them.

Weapon and armor coupons in the 2nd picture , you can obtain those by killing elite mobs in sakura map. 1st and 3rd picture coupons they are not available, so no has them yet.

Oh thanks!! Are the higher level scrolls for the Elite Clerk weapons also dropped in Sakura maps?
Too bad about the rest... Are they going to be released at some point or there's simply no info on them?
