Is this Quest Bugged?

The quest is called "Legendary Soul Stone"You can aquire the quest from the npc named "Exploring Member" at South of Mirror Lake

I have killed the bosses a lot of times already, got 2 cards and 2 more pending.. I still didnt make any progress in this quest.. is it bugged? or is it just really hard?

Hey Bear they are stones sometimes they are easy, others difficult, I do not remember if they have trade, I think I have several in the bank (I hope I did not throw them away)

This is bugged. You can spawn the bosses with the colored stones but the will never drop their souls.

Is there any other way of obtaining that quest card? and how sure are you about this quest being bugged?

Are you sure we are talking about the quest stones and not the colored stones to spawn the bosses? and please do check in bank or show us a picture if you have the stones

my mistake, I do not have them in bank, it seems that I used them or threw them away

I killed each boss 80+ times and I never dropped any.
I then looked it up and it is bugged in igg too.

So i cant get that card at all Y_Y
