This will remain like this. Drop rate of rank 5 skills stay like update before.

*Tickets to enter area can be exchance in Green angel.

-We add more Shapeshifting
Pet Expert NPC will get improviement next updates with more pets (all until kitty egg) and pet cards and pet feed.
This changes is for future to open Pet system so everyone will be able use it.
For now we only open Area Angel.
