Patch Notes: Update 70:
"Elemental Defense and QOL Changes"

1)Album:
*Soul and Stamina has been changed to +1 per level

2)Reputation:
*Soul, Stamina and Elemental Defenses have been changed to +1 per level

3)Orient Instance:
*Moved the EXP from the first room monsters to the side rooms, overall EXP is the same per run
*Adjusted gold values from monsters and bosses

4)Login Rewarder:
*Adjusted Bell and Star exchanges prices
*Removed Pet Feed

5)Dailies Clerk:
*Added Pet Feed in Pet Section

6)Gems:
*Removed level limit from Orange Gems

7)Spell Changes:
*Wolf Bellowing, Arcane Fire, Ice Age, Lightning Seal will now be instance cast with 6 a second cooldown
*Berserk will now be 7 second duration and 25 second cooldown
*Wedding Buff will now give 3% HP/MP instead of flat 1000
*Fire,Ice,Thunder,Rotten Protection from pets will now be capped 10% Elemental Defense instead of 20%
