*Fixed a case where neutral faction would receive no messages from Leveling Guide

*Improved all texts
*Lowered requirements to skip the Main Quest from 25 to 10 on the first 5 expansions and from 25 to 15 on the last 4 expansions
*Added White Scroll to the Dailies of the last 3 Expansions
