I mean if you lose stuff worth like $50 USD you'd kind of want to at least get that back.. They should at least return stuff to the people that lost something

I'm sure there will be some type of compensation, like mentioned throughout this thread, this was only a beta opening of the server. A compensation will be the ethical solution for all as an apology for this inconvenience. It seems a few people have had individual roll backs on their accounts that have been altered be it by losing items or stat reset. Many accounts are locked (non-AG charged) only to allow the admin to focus on the current situation, you either wait patiently for your alts to be unlocked or if you can't just recharge to unlock (like I did, cause I didn't want to wait xD)

Sounds good, maybe start a poll on the forum, give a couple of decent compensation ideas and see what people prefer. Hopefully that will be something the admins will take into consideration.

I lost all my items from my stall already put it in it to get to log in I had more than 900m in it and valuable items I spent almost 120 dollar in this game and I hope to return I want my alt again and the lv of my doll

Can someone help me pleaseeee, whenever i try to start my AO it's giving me the error message "Unable to run Angels Online. Please try again." , not sure if this is an issue with my end or still related to the game problem atm. But it was working fine yesterday before i left for work, but now that i'm trying to open it, it's no longer working.

I think that maybe could be a problem of ur antivirus, it happens to me sometimes, you must to off it when u run the game.
