Agree, but there is 1 thing wrong, this is not a BETA, this is a service sold by them, you can either play for free or purchase currency for the premium shop.
BETA was like 1-2 weeks and they rushed their server out to get money, now they are paying the price for being greedy.
It takes time to fix bugs like this, but alot of people that quit are not coming back.

No way would I play a broken game that gave you max level and gold/items.
As for this compensation, there has to be something fair for all levels and types of players. Hosting a kill boss event is stupid for lower lv ppl. Giving AG out seems kinda pointless for the heavy spenders who think they're getting shifted.
I say good luck thinking of something that goes for everyone. My guess is some sort of FA/Area to help ppl level maybe and drops decent money, but how about you dont make it required to buy bags to get tickets. Then maybe raise the cap of skl exp from 15 to 30 and boost skill exp rates, same with exp rates for awhile (maybe week). And after servers fixed focus on next update and backing up your files a bit better.

And yeah i agree with the exp boost,it will be fair for everyone,atleast from my point of wiew.
