I think the problem is in al. You guys did a lot of modifications on items NPC etc. Which is good but that might be the problem when u started changing some things in al. The only account that I lost all my items is my staller that spends alot of time in al.

I don't think so, my staller hasnt lost anything, whereas my main which has been at lots of different maps have been losing everything.

My clues,
Green Angel NPC might be causing the problem since that's the last npc modified.
Rank List might be causing the problem since it doesn't display data correctly.
Most likely there is a player or a few players with corrupt data that unknowingly wiped everyone data around them.

Would suggest to investigate the stalls of the first 5-10 people that lost all their items from AL, it is possible that the player with bugged data purchased items from those stalls and that started causing the issue.

EDIT: After reading about the security issue i think that is possible, i do remember something like that happenning on IGG servers. Search in your source code for a modification of gold to 666 or parts of the anti-cheat systems, could be possible that someone is trying to hack and your anti-cheat system deletes everyones data instead of 1 persons.

Also there is an anti-afk DEMON CODE or something like that in the game, where if you don't type the code in 1 minute it will send you to jail, maybe that is causing the issues, since i have not encountered it on this server so far, maybe its bugged and it doesn't display so the 1 minute passes and instead of being send to the prison room your character gets flaged as hacker and it removes all ur items.

If I had access to the game files, I'd try to look at every single information I could get on a single account that went through a wipe at some point. There have to be logs associated with every account. Somewhere in there you'd have the client sending information to the server + the server sending back info to the player about the game. Within that there has to be something faulty.

My first thought was to say that at some point there is a moment or a trigger where the client asks for the server to fetch the inventory data of a player from a different table isn't initiated correctly, so the server just gives an empty everything. (I guess there is a structure in the game database that holds inventory items + gold + equipment + character level + skill level, but not fashion, bank items, learned skills/stances, because those stay).

In ao.igg I do. I manually spamming AOE in watermelon area for hours, system will pop a small window with captha requesting player to enter it, 4 digit.
