They are simply keeping the accounts locked to allow them to focus on the issue at hand, many F2P players have had their accounts unlocked as they have a certain "Item Mall shopping record" just from receiving the free AG that is entitled to all players following the instructions on the thread that can be found on this forum.

I can understand that it's frustrating but at least they are continuing to work on this oppose to just dropping it all and calling it quits.

finaly i could log my alt but he still on lvl 9 .... and lost everything ... they didnt fix anything yet
