I doubt free to play player will log 100 alts for hammers. My best guess would be top players with tons of weapons from lucky bag will log 100 alts to pimp weapons +12.

What are you talking about? Having many alts doesn't hinder the experience at all. In fact, NOT having them hinders it, since there's nothing else to keep you busy with other than managing a ton of alts, while your main is skilling for days on end, and now there's no way to stay relevant in PvP against AG users.

Make it 10 per ip, if it's 5 it will ruin the economy of the game and you will have more work to do trying to fix that issue, 10 is the solution to it
