Another madman does not bother to read. I will summarize it for you.

The data backup are done periodically, the last time it BACKUP was 3 days ago, which means everyone's data BACKUP at 1Feb2020 00:00:00. They will not be able to recover specifically to the exact time you lost your item, thats how computing work, not magic.

Dont assume what others did within 3 days.

When we suggesting general roll back, none of us know the player wefata1994 actively farming and questing. We suggest it just because considering item duplication on AL will fck things up. Calm Your tits.

The data ongoing is SAVED, if you dint lost your data, you continue from the SAVED data.
If your data corrupted, admin will Roll back your data from BACKUP data. This is basic knowledge, you dont need to be 'big developer' to understand basic computing.

Well, couldn't log my staller when I tried few mins ago as it came up with the "Invalid character" message. I haven't logged it since last night and all items were present before logging out, there was no level reset or anything. I recharged 5k AG (10 USD) and literally instantly when I tried to log in again the character was "unlocked" all items present, no change in actual level or skill levels, and still in AL.

Not sure if this will be the same concept for people who logged before and noticed items missing (or all) and level changes then couldn't log in again.
