Can't Delete Char

I was wrong build and i want to delete but can't... anyone have same issues with me?
since i can't make new acct how i can make new build? (Non AG Player)

character deletion and creating new accounts is disabled only ag

for new acct = acct invalid
for old acct = cannot delete character ..

only can wait then.. xD

its happen to me too, cant create new accs or delete characters for now.. we should to wait i think
