And IP restricted accounts, will increase to 10 accounts
so.. 10 accounts per player.. what about the players that live in the same house aka. married couples. do we get 10 accounts too? because we are not the same person ..so it should be 20

This is a valid point, but this is also not the case for the majority of the players. I hope they update servers to hold this many accounts. Because if not, we are back to square one.
