Make the IP Connections from COMPUTER, not from INTERNET.
Use my case as example. Me and my brother share the same internet, so it'll be 5 accounts for 2 players ... if you make the Restriction for the COMPUTER, it would be more justice.
Great now We're limited to 2-3 each ourselves. This is kinda crappy as hell. We've shown you two separate computers using same IP and you block us both and say it cant be fixed. It's an easy fix on your end to not restrict that IP.
Besides this all you are forcing ppl to do is go out and use VPNs to circumvent your IP restrictions which causes more strain. So bad of a policy.

The game server uses a "masked" IP.
The IP you see is not real
This is the only way to prevent backdoors.
