The server is therefore impossible to play.
You are no longer able to get new players, even saying that "the problem has been solved" because new players are unable to connect to newly created accounts.
You may not realize it but the server is no longer 'purple', you are losing players, you will lose revenue, this is basic administration, simply because you are not managing to solve the "basics of the basics"
Time is money, no one will stay in a game where we just can't move, we are dealing with service, money, people willing to pay and failing to do that because they cannot move in their game.
This is not something for "Dear ones, hope that everything will be fine." , this is to be solved TODAY, NOW.
It is the basics for you to get revenue, money.
Without that, your day is numbered, unfortunately, I say unfortunately because I play and I like the game, but I am willing to stop as many are doing if this is not resolved over time.
Believe me, I am saying "over time" many people did not give you that 'time' just left because they saw that the quality of the service is terrible.
Nobody spends money on the bad, nobody buys the bad, nobody will play the bad.
Seriously your situation is serious, it is your money, if I am you, I would not even be sleeping, I would be just like crazy trying to make my project work.
