They are trying to repair accounts with the bug/error without rollback everyone. So they opened up for people who charged ag on their account. The rest cant play atm. We dont know more than this currently.

Now i have to recharge in my account in which i lose all my items to login, and when i'll login i will find my account with the rollback? or the rollback will come in the future? i don't understand if the rollback has already done

roll back wasnt done yet. dont recharge anything, who told to recharge or P2W is just being dramatic, u will have ur acc back but first they gonna do some test to prevent any other issue like this. just sit and wait, theres what we can do for now.

i think no1 does... but roll back only some chars can make some itens trouble, like itens multiplyed, and its more about to be fair than to make something adorable, thats my point
