You guys taking so much time, and its not even being fixed at all. It just keep getting worse cause accounts keep getting items lost everyday.

ofc its being fixed, but was a abnormal error so demands diferente ways to solve it. Doing it account per account as they are doing need a lot of work, be patient, it gonna be great after this.
