Yes if you're filled the form they made, you dont need to do anymore.

Level down to level 7
All items in the backpack are lost
Backpack Gold Coin 666
Game operation is selling items at the stall?

My question was, how can we check if none donator accounts have lost their items since we cannot log them in.

if your id can't be logged that nothing happend to you id
its for safety only,they made you can't log so the item/exp still in you id ^^
