Regarding refund issues, I would like to share my thoughts.
The incident was not intended for both parties, players whom had spent their money are meant to paid for better gaming experience. The decision of refunding was a result of unsolved bug that lasted over a week, it wasn't intended to damage your reputation on Paypal. Most players cancelled their refund once the bug is resolved, and some player forgotten to cancel their refund on Paypal.
Player that did most damage to AOPVP definitely not the individuals that is refunding the payments they have made, but the players that "manipulating, tricking, cheating" players to begin mass refund. Refer to attached photo, some player tricking players to file for refund by saying he successfully refunded his USD1250 using Term of Service to argue with Paypal. But after the bug resolved, the same player say he cancelled his refund. This player achieved his intention but created another huge mess between admins and players. Mute penalty shall be given, as a warning to players not to spread fake informations or trying to bring the server down.
I hope admin will forgive the players that are appealing for unlifting the bann due to refunding issues. For players that wish to appeal to unlifting the bann but had refunded due to forgivable mistakes, i would suggest admin to create an alternative way for players to transfer/pay the equal amount of refunded USD back to AOPVP, to retrieve their accounts.
