Take a chill pill. I understand your problems, however at the current server status its clearly its unplayable when people use 10 alts. It was alot better when we had 5 only. Then it was only problems sometimes when you skilled.

Until they find a good server (if they ever do) this is the best solution.

No offense but this restriction is crap about you're about to lose more players because of this. Personally I'm not recharging and willl probably quit because of this stupidity.

Your servers still lag constantly so i die either killing or DC when skilling. You blame the alts and limit IP and restrict your free players and users that play in same house.

How dumb can you be to not just upgrade your own server using the profits you've made to enhance it and remove the hourly backups to stop the overlay lag.  Really you need to fix this the correct way in order to be profitable.

Even with the restriction, everyone is using VPN to log 5+ accounts. It is the worse way to deal with it. isn't a solution.
They need to improve their servers, that's all. That's simples.
They just don't wanna invest the money they making out of this game.
They are richs now, but don't wanna invest in new server host.
They are starting to act like IGG.
They don't give a shit for what players are saying. Cuz everyone is asking, since forever, to stop the lag.

Reduce costs.

Server is ultra laggy and always on red this week, please think on a solution for it… Getting DC every 30 minutes or less

Been saying the same thing over and over too... They just ignored it altogether, they might be just running the server until no one is buying AG anymore and then shut it down I guess
