They are working on it. Just make the form they said you schould and they are fixing it 1 by 1.

well, my item and my lv still can't reach me, I can't even open my account because they are supposedly fixing it just there to wait, I hope everything comes back

my lvl is back also i lost some changes i made cause character rolled back, but thats ok.

Yes they reroll to latest backup which is 4 days ago. But yes, its better than nothing. Happy they made it work!

Because they are rolling back every single account manually one per one, have patience man they are doing a great job
